With Class
Painting means a lot of different things to us.
We have over 7 different types of paint in our studio. We try our best to explore each one while learning traditional art techniques and also mix media. we learn about the science of how materials interact with each other.
We try to do projects based on what the student needs
Example of Goals:
- 3 – 6 y.o. focus on hand control and how to use a paintbrush
- 7 – 11 y.o. learn to better understand colors and value
- 12 – 16 y.o. create their own art and explore mix media

Without Class
Sometimes we are limited by the information we are given.
In our paintings, we focus on learning texture, brush strokes, and a better understanding of color theory.
My younger artist focus on understanding the colors they see and the relationship between those colors.
